TD Kontakt LLC provides metalworking services for parts and assemblies based on Customer drawings, technical specifications or samples. The company offers a full range of manufacturing operations — from material preparation and metal cutting to machining, welding, heat treatment and final inspection. Depending on the design and product requirements, conventional and automated machine tools, electrical discharge machining, pressing equipment and specialized manufacturing processes are used. This approach enables us to manufacture individual parts and repair components as well as production batches in accordance with the Customer’s technical documentation.

Grinding Equipment. Surface finishing to achieve the required accuracy and quality.
CNC Machining Centers. High-precision automated machining of parts using CNC programs in accordance with drawings.
Screw-Cutting Lathes. Turning and machining of threaded features.
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM). Machining of electrically conductive materials to produce complex contours and features.
Welding Equipment. Welding and fabrication of welded structures in accordance with technical requirements.
Hardening and Heat-Treatment Equipment. Hardening and other heat-treatment operations to achieve the required material properties.
Pressing Equipment. Pressing, forming and press-fitting of parts and components in accordance with process requirements.

    Inspection and Delivery
    We verify that the finished part complies with the drawing and agreed requirements before delivery to the Customer.
