Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturing

Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturing

TD Kontakt LLC designs and manufactures standard and custom hydraulic cylinders for industrial equipment, trucks and special-purpose machinery. Hydraulic cylinders are manufactured in accordance with the Customer’s technical requirements, taking into account the equipment application, required operating parameters and operating conditions. For custom applications, the technical solution is developed with consideration of operating pressure, load, stroke, travel speed, dimensional constraints, mounting method and operating conditions.

The company’s in-house production capabilities enable a full range of metal machining operations required to manufacture hydraulic cylinders within short lead times. To calculate the cost and assess manufacturing feasibility, the Customer may provide a drawing, technical specification or the main technical parameters of the product.

Stages of work

  1. 1
    Request Receipt and Review
We review the drawing, technical specification or main parameters of the required hydraulic cylinder.
  2. 2
    Technical Parameter Approval
We clarify the product application, required characteristics and operating conditions.
  3. 3
    Design and Component Selection
We develop or adapt the hydraulic cylinder design and select materials, seals, rod, piston and other components according to the specified parameters.
  4. 4
    Manufacturing
We perform the required manufacturing operations and produce the hydraulic cylinder in accordance with the agreed requirements.
  5. 5
    Assembly and Inspection
We assemble the hydraulic cylinder, install seals and components, and check its dimensional parameters and functionality.
  6. 6
Testing and Delivery to the Customer
We test for leak-tightness, operation under load and compliance with the main technical requirements. After final inspection, the completed hydraulic cylinder is delivered to the Customer.
