The manufacture of a non-standard or unique product (unit, mechanism, unit, metal structure) requires more time and intellectual resources than the production of a well-established serial batch, therefore not all mechanical engineering enterprises are engaged in this area of work.

To solve such tasks, representatives of various industries from both our region and other regions of Ukraine contact our enterprise. The LLC “TD Kontakt” plant constantly accepts orders for the manufacture of non-standard equipment according to the drawings and technical specifications of the Customer.

If necessary, the design and technological department can develop a full set of design documentation with proposals for several execution options, as well as offer different options for the technological process of manufacture.

For example, the company’s engineers had to deal with the design and manufacture of analogues of imported products. Also, we offer assistance with the repair of components of outdated equipment for which the Customer did not have documentation. Including, we offer the manufacture of parts according to a worn sample.

It is possible to manufacture parts from alloys that are difficult to process. For example, heat-treated parts made of high-hardness material are processed using a wire-erosion machine.

We also accept orders for the manufacture of non-standard metal structures according to the technical specifications of enterprises, institutions and public organizations.
