Hydraulic Loading and Unloading Device The GLUD is used to increase the mobility of the container body during transportation, as a device that loads onto a vehicle or unloads, as well as fixes the product on the supporting surface in the working position.
The device consists of four hydraulic lifting supports installed in the 4 corners of the container body, a control unit and a remote control.
Operating modes and main characteristics:
1. In automatic mode, when operating from oil stations – all four hydraulic supports perform lifting or lowering of the load simultaneously.
2. In manual mode, when operating from oil stations – control of lifting or lowering of each hydraulic support separately is provided.
3. In the manual pump mode – manual control of lifting or lowering of each hydraulic support separately.
When unloading a container body (loaded or empty), the following actions are performed:
1. Turning 4 hydraulic supports from the transport position to the working position.
2. Raising the container body above the vehicle using a set of hydraulic supports.
3. Driving the vehicle out from under the container body.
4. Lowering the container body to the ground surface.
When loading a container body, the following actions are performed:
1. Raising the container body from the ground using a set of hydraulic supports to a height sufficient for a vehicle to pass under it.
2. Driving the vehicle under the container body.
3. Lowering the container body onto the vehicle subframe.
4. Folding the hydraulic cylinders of the set of hydraulic supports, turning them to the transport position and fixing them.
