– Turning on universal machines. Maximum dimensions of workpieces: outer diameter – 1100mm, length – up to 2000mm
– Processing on universal milling machines.
– Turning on CNC machines. Maximum dimensions of workpiece: outer diameter 450mm, length 530mm, accuracy up to 0.005 mm.
– Processing on CNC milling machines. Maximum dimensions of workpiece: 500x500x500mm, accuracy up to 0.01 mm.
– Grinding.
– Boring work.
– Heat treatment.
– Welding and surfacing work – electrode welding, wire welding in gas environments (semi-automatic), argon-arc welding.
– Testing on hydraulic (up to 40 MPa) and pneumatic stands.
